Shipping
your new Joey-
Here at
Glider Grove we prefer not to ship our joeys. However, we do realize that
many of our adoption candidates live too far away to travel to The Grove
by automobile. In these
cases, we do offer shipping for our joeys.
We guarantee to ship safely! To
provide your new joey with the safest journey, we choose to ship through
accredited airline programs.
We deliver your joey straight to the airline counter just prior to
flight. The joey is then transported in a temperature-controlled
vehicle straight to a pressurized, climate-controlled compartment on the
plane just prior to take off. Upon
arrival at the appointed destination, your joey will be promptly unloaded
from the plane, into another temperature-controlled vehicle, and delivered
directly to the airline counter to meet you.
Due to the long distance between The Grove and participating
airports, we only ship joeys once month.
We
guarantee the safe arrival of your new joey.

Shipping & Handling-
At The
Gilded Glider we ship all of our products by 1 of the 3 following methods: UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We
insure all shipments and do not ship to P.O. boxes. Tracking information will be supplied to our customers by
email as available. All cages
ordered will be shipped separately from any other supplies.
As our beloved gliders are directly affected by deforestation, The
Sugar Shack firmly believes in recycling and you many notice that many of
our packing boxes (although sturdy) have been previously used. Any damages due to the shipping carrier must be reported to
us within 24 hours after receiving the shipment.
