Warranty-
Our wellness
warranty ensures our customers of the healthiest sugar glider joeys. Unfortunately, each Glider Grove joey can only be warranted
for the first 72 hours after you receive possession of it due to the fact
that most glider health problems occur as direct a result of improper
care, nutrition, or environment. If
your new sugar glider shows signs of illness within the 72-hour time
period, it is your responsibility to immediately take that joey to a
veterinarian that is familiar with treating sugar gliders for examination.
You must contact us within 24 hours after your veterinary visit.
Be prepared to provide us with the details of any illness that the
doctor has diagnosed. At this
time, we can opt to extend the warranty period until the problem resolved.
Glider Grove joeys are NOT warranted against any illness or death
occurring as a result of irresponsibility, traumatic injury, or improper
care. Should the death of your new joey occur within our warranty
period, we reserve the right to either replace the joey or refund your
adoption fee (excluding shipping charges) on a case-by-case basis.
In addition, we reserve the right to request that a veterinarian
supply us with verification of the cause of death.

All of our products are glider-tested and glider approved by our
very own staff of Glider Grove suggies.
The Sugar Shack guarantees that your
sugar gliders will love our products or you get your money back!
Simply return the undamaged product or unused portion to us,
accompanied by a brief explanation referencing the original order #,
within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly refund your purchase price
(excluding shipping fees). All
returns received after the 7-day time period or not conforming to the
return guidelines will be denied.
Refund
Policy-
The
Glided Glider will be happy to replace any product that was damaged in
shipping. Any damages that
occurred during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours after
receiving the shipment. All
claims made after the 24-hour time period will be denied.
Refunds on any unwanted items, items ordered incorrectly, or item
ordered in error, will be issued (excluding shipping charges and minus a
10% restocking fee) provided
all of the following guidelines are met.
The product must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, unused
& in its original condition, accompanied by a brief explanation
referencing the original order #. The
refund will be issued in the same manner payment was received. All returns
received after the 7-day time period or not conforming to the return
guidelines will be denied.
